Artist Showcase: Shiwasu no Okina

Shiwasu no Okina, or, if you let me translate his name, “The Old Man of December.” Catchy. Oh, and before we continue, there were rumors that the master himself is a woman. Well, sorry, but no. He is a he… if you were wondering! Anyway, what we are here for is the simple reason that this “Old Man” certainly has some of the greatest talents in bringing unabashed pervertedness onto paper and for the entertainment of us all.

Now, the master himself has been active for a very long time, and he has an overwhelming catalog of his works that we can browse. For one, there is the Shining Musume series, containing multiple volumes of awesomeness, all having 200+ pages, worthy of its own blog post. So, I decided to introduce you to three of his books, so you can get a feeling of his style and works. After that, you can decide if you want to browse more of his books or start collecting his erotic series, which indeed are juicy reads!

Aibuka

The Idol Research Club. Ito Sky’s own little project in his school where he can enjoy his favorite hobby! Or… two of his favorite things; Checking out idols and masturbating furiously to them. What could go wrong? Well, probably the fact that the student council enters while he is in the middle of his session, receiving a front row in an unwanted peepshow.

Is our hero troubled by the fact? Not really, he calmly finishes and then follows the group back to the hearing of the council, where they want to dismiss his club… his baby! That he can’t stand for and makes a rock-hard stand, quite literally in Ito’s case, declaring he will nurture an Idol for the school to show his determination and professionalism! To everyone’s surprise, Onodera Yuzu volunteers for the job! No wonder as she was in love with Ito back in their elementary school days, and now this was the perfect opportunity to act on it.

Will that work out? Or will it backfire? You will have to read the story to see it for yourself! Of course, the book has more stories inside as the last quarter of the book acts as a kind of “after story,” still revolving around idols~!

Now, of course, the story is one point only in Okina’s works. What about the art? On that front, nobody can find faults with the master’s penmanship! What he excels in is drawing natural bodies with soft curves, displaying the girls in a way you just want to hug them and hold onto them forever. Even if you are not a boy~!

What is, in my opinion, one of the strong points of the Master’s art is the way he depicts the bodies while giving each other the utmost pleasure. The way they come to life on the pages, how the breasts have a feeling of weight behind them, the natural way they rest upon the body, all of these small, little details give out a style that is always and easily recognizable when looking at a Shiwasu no Okina book. Not to mention how the sweat trickles down on their perfect curves; it is simply the cherry on top~!

Enkou Oji-san

Enkou, meaning dating with compensation, mostly used to describe schoolgirl prostitution. I think that is really telling what type of story we are looking at, yes? Well… almost. Enkou is a kind man, a bit on the pudgier side, but nobody can say no to his kind face. Somehow he just… always ends up as the girls’ favorite. Not to mention he has money to spare to finance their entertainment—day in, day out.

He is not just successful; the heroines of this story start sharing his number, passing him around themselves as few can let them spend so many fun hours together… and nobody could please them so thoroughly and for so long than Enkou Oji-san. He simply speaks the language of young, wanting bodies of schoolgirls, knowing exactly what to do to please them.

When he is so successful that they just can’t wait for their turn and join the fun as a group, it becomes telling that Enkou is something else… for both the reader and the girls. But… who is he in reality? He has money, and he has stamina, even when he somehow shows up late, out of breath as if he had to run a marathon to get there… who is Enkou Oji-san? And how does he get the money to finance so many young girls willingly?

I won’t spoil the answer for that, but it is an exciting story with a little bit of red herring and a twist~! If nothing else, this complete book is simply worthy of looking at it for hours because of the Master’s artwork. A wide range of facial expressions, ranging from being shy, cute, angry, and flooded with pleasure that, simply put, short-circuits the girl’s mind. The looks they give throughout the series are just as telling as the beautiful depictions of their joinings with Enkou Oji-san.

Please! Freeze! Please!

Mayumura-kun hit the jackpot one day… and I mean, he used up his life’s worth of luck with one move in his school’ library. Being a cold day, Tsukami and Idabashi just couldn’t take to endure the freezing air and decided to snuggle up to our protagonist. Working in a cold library was no fun, so they made sure to warm up to him… very… closely, so much so that he couldn’t help but react healthily! Now… this ought to be something embarrassing, but the two just found it cute… and when from embarrassment, he proclaimed that he is interested in… both of them! I said he was lucky… because it simply worked.

Welcome to the story of “Please! Freeze! Please!” and welcome to the new love life of Mayamura, who, out of nowhere, managed to get himself two girlfriends. Two very playful and horny girlfriends who are eager to show our virgin protagonist how to enjoy a woman’s body. No matter where, no matter how, they are willing to accommodate their newest, shy boyfriend!

Unlike in our previous examples, we get a slower buildup in this story as the main character is someone without experience. Mayamura is being led on by his girlfriends, and both Tsukami and Idabashi educate him gradually. We are to read along, slowly edging forward toward the main goal: losing his virginity. As to who he will lose it? I just can’t spoil that now, can I?

I picked this book for the third option exactly because of the above-mentioned. We are treated with more petting and foreplay. A lot more sensual and love-filled buildup, edging and pleasuring in different ways, not just straight-on lovemaking. Unlike the previous books, we get more scenes with clothes on, body parts gently peeking out from under them, or being used in their perverted endeavors. The best cover to hide their little erotic plays before others.

Of course, Master Shiwasu no Okina has more books readily available, and he dabbles in all kinds of stories! Don’t be afraid to experiment and look at his works, even the earlier ones. By that, you will see his brilliance shine through, and through his long-running series, you can be a part of how he raised the bar for himself with every tankoubon he released.

I have to tell you, every time a new collection of his hits the self; he never fails to deliver. Even if he sets the bar really high with every book, he manages to jump over it… I can’t wait to see what comes from the pen of Master Shiwasu no Okina’s pen next time!
